In our collaboration, Automaxx was chosen to equip the Captain’s vessel with our state-of-the-art Marine 400W wind turbine, designed to harness the power of the wind and convert it into clean, sustainable energy. This project, known as the Dark Sea Project, was not just a testament to Captain Lawson’s commitment to eco-friendly maritime practices but also a beacon of inspiration for the future of environmental stewardship in the nautical world.

Tragically, the world lost a true pioneer when Captain Lawson passed away during his brave journey in the Dark Sea Project. His legacy, however, continues to inspire countless others in the sailing and environmental communities. Captain Lawson’s life work serves as a powerful reminder of the impact one individual can have on promoting sustainable practices within their field.
